Week 1 Anchor to the Earth
Finding our footing, our basis, our launch pad works best from strongly built foundations. During this opening week we will focus on how we anchor ourselves to the earth. This is all about grounding ourselves, refining our intentions and letting go of perfectionism!
I will be using my understanding of the Root chakra, our portal to grounding and connection to the earth as a strong reference for guidance & support.
Sacred ritual through gratitude and humility.
Week 2 Spark & Illuminate
We use the elements of fire and light to connect with the energy of creativity. This helps release us from stagnancy, doubt & procrastination.
Fire is connected to our Solar Plexus chakra which can spark and ignite our passion and perseverance.
Light is associated with the 3rd Eye chakra which links us to our sense of intuition.

Week 3 Heart Energy as Bridge
The Heart is a deep portal that acts like a bridge between our physical senses alongside our mental and spiritual senses. For many of us this is the area that is most potent as it is where our sense of love lives.
Diving into our deepest sense of inspiration, compassion and devotion will cultivate more connection to our inner compass and love of our creative force.
Week 4 Flow & Release
Creating a link between the Throat and our Sacral energy centres we look to the elements of water and ether (space) for intuitive messages.
Living close to the sea makes me fall into deep spells of ‘devocean’. The inspiration I have received has also provided my greatest healing outlet. During this week we will connect with your personal ‘well-spring’ that allows you access your limitless potentiality!
Week 5 Surrender
Using the energy portal of the Crown chakra we embrace our connection to universal consciousness. Through reviewing our progress over the previous weeks we bring together what has impacted us most and blend this with our new connection to our spirit.
Earth, Breath, Heart

Release, Expand, Surrender
Each week will build upon the last as we deepen the connection to the chakras.
By focusing our attention through the lense of creativity, these chakras act as portals that lead us to greater freedom
